: Ink Production Executive

Position: Ink Production Executive

Reporting To: Production Manager

Job Summary The Ink Production Executive is responsible for manufacturing printing inks as per production schedules, maintaining quality standards, monitoring raw material consumption, and ensuring safe and effective production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manufacture ink batches according to approved formulations and production plans.
- Operate and monitor mixers, dispersers, grinding machines, and related production equipment.
- Ensure accurate weighing and dosing of raw materials.
- Conduct in-process quality checks for shade, viscosity, density, and other parameters.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team for product approvals.
- Maintain daily production records, batch sheets, and inventory usage reports.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and GMP/5S standards.
- Minimize production wastage and optimize material utilization.




- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for raw material availability.
- Assist in new product trials and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in ink manufacturing, paint, coating, or chemical production.
- Freshers with relevant industrial training may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of ink manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of pigments, resins, solvents, and additives.
- Familiarity with quality testing methods.
- Production planning and inventory management skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
