Coordinate daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, stores, and purchase departments.
Monitor production progress and ensure targets are achieved on time. Track availability of raw materials, components, tools, and manpower. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation. Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues and escalate them to management.
Communicate production priorities and schedule changes to relevant teams. Coordinate despatch requirements with the warehouse/logistics team.
