? Hiring: Production Executive / Officer – Pharmaceuticals

We are hiring an experienced Production Executive / Officer for our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit, specifically for Capsule & Dry Syrup Manufacturing.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and monitor capsule and dry syrup manufacturing activities as per approved BMR and SOPs.
- Supervise production activities including dispensing, blending, granulation, filling, encapsulation, and packing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, GMP, and compliance standards.
- Monitor manufacturing equipment and ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Maintain accurate BMRs, batch records, logbooks, and production documentation.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, WHO-GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and other departments for smooth production operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and support CAPA and corrective/preventive actions within the production area.

? Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- MANDATORY: Hands-on experience in both Capsule and Dry Syrup manufacturing.




- Strong knowledge of capsule filling/encapsulation and dry syrup manufacturing processes.
- Experience with pharmaceutical production equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of cGMP / WHO-GMP requirements and batch documentation.
- Strong team-handling, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Candidates from USFDA / EU-GMP / WHO-GMP compliant facilities will be preferred.

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
