Job Summary
Ergen Technovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production Engineer – Electronics to support day-to-day production and manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, E&TC;, Electrical or a related field and should be interested in building a career in electronics and power-electronics manufacturing.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Execute production activities as per SOPs, Work Instructions, BOMs and production plans.
- Supervise and coordinate with production operators on the shop floor.
- Ensure proper assembly of electronic and power-electronic products.
- Coordinate with Quality, Testing, Stores, Purchase and R&D; teams.
- Check material availability as per production requirements.
- Identify production issues, defects, rework and assembly problems.
- Support troubleshooting of basic production and electronic assembly issues.
- Maintain daily production reports and production-related documentation.
- Monitor Plan vs. Actual Production.
- Ensure proper handling of electronic components, PCBs and assemblies.
- Support PCB assembly, soldering, testing and rework activities.
- Follow quality, safety, 5S and housekeeping requirements.
- Assist in process improvement and productivity improvement activities.
- Support operator training and ensure adherence to defined processes.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC;)
- Electrical Engineering
- Production Engineering with relevant electronics manufacturing exposure
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing / production.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 6–12 months of hands-on experience in PCB assembly, soldering, electronic product assembly, testing or production will be preferred.
- Internship or academic project experience in electronics manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electronic components such as Resistors, Capacitors, Diodes, MOSFETs, ICs, Relays and Connectors.
- Basic understanding of PCB assembly and electronic circuits.
- Knowledge of soldering and PCB rework.
- Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and BOMs.
- Basic knowledge of Multimeter and electronic testing instruments.
- Basic understanding of SMT / THT / DIP components and assembly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on the shop floor and achieve production targets.
