Ob Summary Responsible for supervising blow moulding shift operations, manpower deployment, production targets, machine efficiency, quality, and shop-floor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise blow moulding shift operations and manpower deployment.
- Ensure daily production targets and schedule adherence.
- Monitor machine efficiency, cycle time, downtime, and productivity.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure defect containment at source.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and troubleshooting.
- Maintain shift-wise production, scrap, rejection, and downtime reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and shop-floor standards.
- Monitor machine settings, process parameters, and changeovers.
- Ensure proper material handling and minimize production wastage.
- Guide operators and ensure smooth shift handover.

Machine Knowledge – Mandatory Experience/working knowledge of Jagmohan, Milacron, Sika, CMP, and Meper blow moulding machines. Skills: cmp,meper machines,sika,jagmohan,production reporting,milacron,blow moulding
