About the job:

As the Product Training Assistant, you are responsible for supporting and delivering product-related training to interns, as well as conducting orientation and induction training for new onboard employees.

The role involves developing training materials, coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and ensuring that trainees have a explicit understanding of the companys products, processes, and workplace practices.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct product training sessions for interns and employees.
- Provide training on the company’s aviation products and aircraft spare-parts portfolio.
- Negotiations with universities, colleges, educational institutions and receive interns.
- Explain product descriptions, part numbers, specifications, applications, and basic aviation terminology.
- Prepare and update product training presentations, manuals, guides, and reference materials.
- Assess trainees’ understanding through psychometric test, written examination, quiz,



case studies and presentations.
- Coordinate with the Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and updated product information.
- Prepare training assessments, feedback forms, and evaluation reports.
- Identify training gaps and recommend additional training where required.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience in aviation, aircraft spare parts, product training, or employee training is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain technical or product-related information clearly and effectively.
