We are looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Product Writer (Growth & User Acquisition) who can craft compelling messaging across the entire user journey, from first impression to long-term engagement. This role combines product storytelling with performance marketing, creating content that attracts, converts, educates, and retains users. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Growth, and Analytics teams to ensure every word delivers clarity, drives action, and strengthens our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Product Writing

- Develop clear, concise, and engaging product copy for websites, apps, onboarding flows, feature launches, help content, and user communications.
- Translate complex product functionality into easy, benefit-driven messaging.
- Create and maintain product messaging frameworks, value propositions, and feature narratives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to improve the user experience through effective content.
- Ensure consistency across product touchpoints, maintaining voice, tone, and terminology.
- Support product launches with customer-facing copy, release notes, FAQs, and educational materials.

User Acquisition & Growth Writing

- Write high-converting copy for paid advertising, landing pages, email campaigns, app store listings, social media, and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop acquisition campaigns that increase awareness, drive installs or sign ups, and improve conversion rates.
- Optimize messaging using SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. • Partner with Growth and Performance Marketing teams to execute A/B tests and continuously improve campaign performance.




- Analyze campaign metrics and user behavior to refine messaging and maximize ROI.
- Create compelling calls to action and persuasive copy tailored to different customer segments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Brand teams to create cohesive customer experiences.
- Contribute to brand voice guidelines and messaging standards.
- Conduct customer research and use insights to improve content effectiveness.
- Balance creativity with data, using user feedback and analytics to inform content decisions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7+ years of experience in product writing, UX writing, content design, copywriting, growth marketing, or user acquisition.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both product communication and conversion focused marketing copy.
- Experience writing across digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, email, paid media, and landing pages.
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics platforms, A/B testing, and performance marketing.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SaaS, fintech, consumer technology, or mobile applications.
- Knowledge of UX writing and content design principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
