Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role. We have vacancies at multiple locations across Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, AP & Telangana regions.

Qualifications

- Strong product knowledge and experience in a similar technical customer-facing role




- Analytical skills to understand technical specifications, troubleshoot issues, and interpret customer feedback
- Effective communication skills for explaining complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Customer service skills to manage inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive client relationships
- Sales support abilities to collaborate with the sales team and contribute to product positioning
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices is an advantage
- Ability to work in office at given Head Quarter location, travel to client locations as needed, and manage multiple priorities
