Job Title: Dental Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary

As a Dental Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the growth and success of our dental products and services. This role is suitable for freshers passionate about sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills, and eager to learn and grow in the dental industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Market Research: Identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends related to dental devices.

Sales Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients, dentists, dental clinics, and dental laboratories to introduce our dental devices and establish partnerships. Develop strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs. Implement patient referral programs and loyalty initiatives.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our dental devices and communicate their features and benefits to clients. Create educational content about dental health, procedures, and services.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value of our dental devices.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, including websites, social media,



and online directories.

Develop SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic. Create and manage email marketing campaigns.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.

Advertising and Promotions: Plan and manage advertising campaigns across print, online, and social media. Collaborate with graphic designers and creatives for compelling materials.

Event Planning: Organize community events, open houses, and health fairs. Coordinate participation in industry conferences and trade shows.

Reporting: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance. Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback.

Qualifications

BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) or above. Solid interest in the dental industry and sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Basic knowledge of market research techniques. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
