NexBrix is a growing hospitality software platform, and we're looking for a smart, organised and technology-focused person to work closely with the founder and development team.

This is a varied role combining software testing, product support, documentation and AI-assisted marketing/content work .

What you'll do

- Test new features and changes to our web application and PWA.
- Create and maintain simple test scripts/checklists and systematically test features.
- Identify bugs, usability problems and inconsistencies and document them clearly with screenshots/videos.
- Test across desktop, Android and iPhone where required.
- Create simple step-by-step user guides such as:
- How to install the NexBrix PWA
- How to submit a timesheet
- How to enter availability
- How to perform a stock count
- Review screens and identify things that don't look or work correctly.
- Work with our developer and UI/UX designer to help ensure changes are implemented correctly.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to help create documentation, social-media content and other business material.
- Assist the founder with small product and operational tasks as required.

Who we're looking for You don't need to be a senior software tester.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Extremely organised and detail-oriented




- Comfortable learning current software quickly
- Good at spotting problems without being told where to look
- A strong user of ChatGPT/AI tools
- Able to write clear English
- Comfortable creating basic social-media content
- Able to work independently after receiving instructions
- Available for a 15-minute daily video call
- Interested in an ongoing part-time relationship rather than a one-off project

Experience with SaaS testing, QA, startups, social media or product management is an advantage. Initial commitment: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing over time.
