As a Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of driving the vision for the product, acting as the voice of the customer. Your typical day will involve shaping and managing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently meets client needs. You will engage in validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops, allowing for timely adjustments based on knowledge discovery.
Your Role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the product aligns with user expectations and market demands, ultimately leading to successful product outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Good to Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
