Title :Product Manger

Location : Chennai | 6 days | Mon to Fri - WFO| Sat -WFH

Experience : 2–7 years The Role The goal is simple:

Understand the function → Find the work → Build AI that does the work → Ship it → Measure the impact.

You will deeply understand how these teams work today, identify repetitive and high-value workflows, and turn them into AI-powered products and agents.

Your users are internal teams, not consumers.

The measure of success is not how many PRDs you write. It is how many AI products you actually build, ship, get accepted, and successfully use to eliminate manual work.

Key Responsibilities

- 2–7 years of Product Management experience
- Experience owning and shipping products end-to-end.
- Strong 0→1 product development experience.
- Experience building workflow, automation, SaaS, BPM, or AI products.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products, AI agents, or conversational AI.
- Robust product discovery and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent PRD and specification-writing skills.
- Ability to work closely with Engineering and AI/ML teams.
- Strong understanding of APIs, workflows, and product integrations.




- Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with high ambiguity

Who We Are Looking For

- Experience building AI agents / agentic workflows.
- Experience with LLM APIs and AI application development.
- Understanding of RAG, tool calling, function calling, evaluation frameworks, and AI orchestration.
- Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture.
- Experience building internal tools or automation products.
- B2B SaaS / Enterprise product experience.
- Experience working directly with founders or small engineering teams.
