Most PM roles involve managing a feature within an existing structure. This role is different. You’ll be given a business problem, a budget, and the ability to help shape the team around it. From there, you’ll define the product direction, work closely with engineering, and drive execution end-to-end.

We operate in quick feedback loops. Products are deployed directly into live business environments, measured against operational outcomes, and iterated quickly. The strongest products may eventually become external commercial offerings, creating meaningful long-term ownership opportunities for the people who build them.

Success in this role leads to broader product ownership over time, with the opportunity to shape an expanding portfolio of software products across the group.

What We’re Looking For





You’ve shipped software that real users depended on, and you can clearly explain the decisions that influenced whether it succeeded or failed.

You’re comfortable working directly with engineers, making product tradeoffs, and driving execution without excessive process overhead. You’ve built or led teams before and have experience owning outcomes rather than simply coordinating stakeholders.

Experience in industrial operations, B2B software, workflow systems, or process-driven environments is helpful, though domain expertise can be learned on the job.
