Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager who also carries Producer responsibilities to drive feature strategy, execution, and live operations for BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India). You will play a central role in shaping India-facing features, collaboration mechanics, user growth initiatives, and seamless live-ops delivery. This is a hybrid role that requires solid product thinking and hands-on production ownership, working closely with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, publishing, data, QA, and external partners.

Responsibilities

- Act as Product Manager, define and manage the roadmap for India-facing features, collaboration events, and engagement loops.

- Write clear PRDs, set success metrics, and make data-driven product decisions.

- Act as feature producer: plan sprints, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.

- Lead live-ops execution, including events, content updates, reward systems, and real-time issue handling.

- Drive user growth, onboarding, retention,



and monetization improvements for the Indian market.

- Collaborate with central teams, external partners, and marketing on feature launches and IP tie-ups.

- Analyze player data and market trends to optimize features and event performance.

Qualifications

- 4-7 years in mobile gaming product management or production.

- Strong understanding of F2P systems, live-ops, and mobile game KPIs.

- Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, QA, and data.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.

- Available for International travel and work with cross-continent teams

- Passion for shooter games Indian mobile gaming trends.
