About Aaizel International Technologies Private Limited A fast-growing deep-tech startup building next-generation AI and Cybersecurity products for the enterprise, government, defence, and critical infrastructure sectors is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager / Project Manager who can bridge business, technology, engineering, and customer success to build world-class products while ensuring flawless execution.

This is not a conventional project management role. The ideal candidate will own both product strategy and execution , working closely with founders, engineering teams, designers, customers, and partners to transform ideas into successful products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

- Own product planning, roadmap, feature prioritization, and release strategy.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to define product direction.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
- Work closely with UX/UI, Engineering, AI/ML, and QA teams to build intuitive, high-quality products.
- Define product success metrics and continuously improve the user experience.
- Coordinate product launches, release planning, documentation, and customer enablement.

Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple AI, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Software projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, Business Development, Customer Success, and external technology partners.
- Drive Agile ceremonies,



sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, UAT, production deployment, and customer rollout.
- Manage project risks, change requests, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
- Establish delivery governance, PMO processes, dashboards, and best practices.

Required Skills
- 3–6+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Software Project Management.
- Robust understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, Product Lifecycle Management, and SaaS product development.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and release documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work directly with engineering teams and translate business requirements into technical execution.

- Cloud-native applications
- Government or enterprise technology projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSPO, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications
