Role Description The Product Management Specialist will work in a full time, remote capacity to support the end-to-end lifecycle of PInterview’s online products. This role involves gathering and analyzing user feedback, conducting market and competitor research, and helping define product strategy and roadmaps aligned with the company’s mission.

The Specialist will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize features, refine requirements, and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking product performance,



preparing reports and documentation, coordinating user testing, and contributing to continuous improvement of the platform’s user experience and value proposition.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in product management, including experience supporting product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Skills in product strategy and market research to assess user needs, identify opportunities, and inform data-driven product decisions.
- Analytical skills to interpret metrics, derive insights, and measure product performance and impact.
- Effective communication skills for clear documentation, stakeholder alignment, and coordination with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with SaaS or online platforms, ideally in edtech, career services, or interview preparation, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) and basic understanding of agile or iterative development practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a user-centered approach to product decisions.
