Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to develop current products and sub-assemblies for the aftermarket.

- Develop products from concept stage to final launch.

- Define product specifications and technical requirements.

- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing and Quality teams for product development.

- Support prototype development, testing and product validation.

- Work with vendors for development of bought-out components.

- Understand customer and aftermarket requirements and incorporate them into product design.

- Ensure products are easy to install, service and use.

- Analyze customer feedback and field issues to improve products.

- Drive cost reduction and value engineering activities.

- Support product costing and BOM analysis.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth product development and launch.

- Manage product changes, upgrades and improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

- Ensure products meet required quality and performance standards.
