We are looking for an outstanding, hands-on Business Analyst / Product Analyst, adept at not only understanding and interpreting data, but who can help us structure and scale all analytics requirements of the organization and influencing change in the organization. You should be a self -starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to think outside the box and take initiative. You should be smart, passionate, and dedicated to building a great business.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of analytical projects end to end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypotheses, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results.

Provide analytical and valuable insights for decision-making support for key projects and management.

Work closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze,



and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools. You are numbers driven and have some experience generating custom reports and dashboards for end users.

Communicate findings and propose actionable recommendations to address the problems.

Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business or Engineering

Experience

24 years experience in Product Analytics domain (Freshers with relevant education background, preferably Engineering / Finance degree at Bachelors level + MBA degree from top college)

Statistical techniques

Strong on statistics and analytical skills to extract insights and recommendations. Technical expertise regarding data models, database designs development, data mining and segmentation techniques.

Programming and Tools

Hands-on experience in writing advanced SQL queries and handling, wrangling, aggregating, transforming data.

Hands-on experience in Python (good to have)

Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy, QlikView etc. Proficiency in conducting complex analysis in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Communication

Ability to communicate qualitative and quantitative results clearly, succinctly and confidently in verbal and written communications.
