The Product Specialist & Warranty Officer manages the end-to-end warranty and product support experience for Scott Sports' dealers and consumers. The role combines technical bike expertise with strong stakeholder coordination to ensure fast, fair, and consistent resolution of warranty and product issues, while acting as the go-to subject matter expert for the brand.

- Manage and resolve consumer warranty claims, and coordinate spare parts requirements raised by dealers.
- Review, support, and manage product defect and issue claims submitted by consumers and dealers.
- Partner with dealers to identify and drive the best possible resolution for any bike-related issue.
- Provide technical and mechanical support to dealers, the sales team, Scott Sport athletes, internal stakeholders, and end consumers.
- Support the marketing team at events, including bike set-up and ensuring the safe handling and movement of bikes in office.




- Act as the subject matter expert on products for consumers, internal stakeholders, and third parties.
- Deliver timely, professional, and consistent customer support across all channels.

Key Responsibilities / KPIs

- Ensure timely resolution of warranty claims in line with Scott Sports HO warranty standards.
- Simplify and streamline the warranty process for all stakeholders — dealers, consumers, and internal teams.
- Contribute product expertise to support the team's marketing efforts.
- Actively participate in and support marketing, sales, and dealer activity during events.
- Maintain and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on inbound queries.

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
