About the Company A global pharmaceutical company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a leader for its procurement operations. You will run the engine room of buying - the systems, data, and processes that keep purchasing fast, clean, and compliant. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Procurement Operations Manager, you will own the procure-to-pay process end to end - purchase requisitions, approvals, POs, and invoicing - and keep the function running on accurate data and tight SLAs. The focus is operational excellence, not category strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Procure-to-Pay

- Own the P2P process from requisition to payment, end to end
- Keep PO, invoice, and approval workflows accurate and on time
- Manage master data, catalogues, and supplier records in the ERP

Performance & Controls

- Track procurement SLAs,



cycle times, and operational KPIs
- Drive process improvement and strengthen compliance controls

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in procurement operations, P2P, or buying support roles
- A process-first mindset with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on with ERP or P2P systems and operational reporting
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in pharma, life sciences, or a regulated environment
- Familiarity with process-improvement methods (Lean or Six Sigma)
- Exposure to SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms
