Procurement Manager Corporate Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities for corporate interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor management, material procurement, commercial negotiations, and project coordination within the corporate interiors industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of interior fit-out materials, MEP items, furniture, fixtures, and subcontractor services.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor and subcontractor network.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Project, QS, Planning, Design, and Site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Track deliveries,



monitor procurement schedules, and resolve supply-related issues.
- Ensure procurement within approved budgets while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and MIS reports.

Candidate Profile
- 3–10 years of procurement experience in Corporate Interiors / Design & Build / General Contracting.
- Solid knowledge of interior fit-out materials and vendor management.
- Good commercial negotiation and cost optimization skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred: Immediate Joiners. Industry Preference: Candidates from Corporate Interior Fit-Out, Commercial Interiors, or Turnkey Interior Contracting companies only.
