We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive - Procurement to manage procurement activities for construction and solar projects, ensuring quality materials are sourced at competitive prices and delivered within project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for construction and solar projects.
- Source and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare commercial offers, and negotiate prices and terms.
- Procure civil, structural, electrical, solar, and project-related materials.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores, Accounts, and Planning teams.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor vendor performance,
quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, and vendor documentation.
- Support cost-saving and vendor development initiatives.
- Resolve procurement and material-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare regular procurement and MIS reports for management.
