Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Contracts qualified from the real estate/construction industry to manage procurement, contract administration, commercial negotiations, and vendor management for EPC projects. The role requires coordination with project, QS, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement for civil, structural, finishing, MEP, and infrastructure works.
- Float RFQs/RFPs, compare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize vendors.
- Prepare, review, and administer purchase orders, work orders, and subcontract agreements.
- Coordinate with project, QS, design, and site teams to align procurement with construction schedules.
- Source and procure construction materials including cement, steel, ready-mix concrete, tiles, stone, doors/windows, sanitaryware, electrical and HVAC materials.




- Develop and evaluate vendor and contractor performance.
- Monitor budgets, optimize procurement costs, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and company procurement policies.
- Resolve commercial issues, claims, and contract variations.
- Maintain procurement MIS, documentation, and audit records.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 6–8 years of procurement and contracts experience in real estate/construction EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, rate analysis, tendering, subcontracting, procurement planning, and contract management.
- Knowledge of construction materials, vendor networks, and commercial negotiations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP (preferred), and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
