STADA Procurement organization is on a journey to excellence, and procurement team is the key function to bring life to our vision and deliver greater value to STADA and its stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities The individual will be responsible for:

- Handling incoming purchase requests from users via Ariba.
- Creating purchase requests on behalf of users in Ariba, if required.
- Perform PR compliance check and obtain necessary approval from DOAs as per

STADAs standard operating procedures.
- Follow up on order confirmations to be received from suppliers.
- Follow up with users regarding long pending POs and close them after confirmation.




- Handling queries from business users and directing them to the correct person /

team for resolution.
- Handling new supplier creation requests from business users.
- Performing checks for adding a vendor in the system as per standard SOP.
- Follow up with different teams for creation of current vendor within the system.
- Any other request as per requirement from time to time.

Key Competencies Required

- Graduate/ Postgraduate
- B2 / german Language Proficiency
- Experience in working with international business partners.
- Knowledge of Purchase to Pay process and experience in handling purchasing activities in Ariba.
- High degree of initiative, ability to work in a team, commitment, and cross-departmental thinking.
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in operational purchasing in the pharmaceutical, chemical or FMCG industries is preferred.
