- 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer on paper
- ✅

Experience in
- International BPO / Seller Support / E-commerce
- ✅

- Strong knowledge of
- Seller Support, Seller/Merchant Onboarding, Inventory, Order Management &
- Issue Resolution
- ✅
- Excellent verbal & written
- English communication
- ✅
- Strong training, facilitation, presentation & coaching skills
- ✅

Experience in creating
- training materials, SOPs, assessments & performance trackers
- ✅





- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day working week

- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and upskilling training programs
- Develop training manuals, presentations, SOPs and knowledge-base materials
- Train employees on e-commerce processes, tools, policies and quality standards
- Conduct assessments and track trainee performance
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and client teams
- Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement
