We’re Hiring | Process Trainer – International E-commerce / Seller Support ?

? Candidates must be currently based in Pune or nearby locations and comfortable working from the Pune office.

? Working Days: 5.5 Days

? Shift: Rotational Shifts

? Transportation: Both-way Cab Facility

Key Requirements

✅ Graduate / Bachelor's Degree – Mandatory

✅ 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer on paper

✅ Experience in International BPO / Seller Support / E-commerce

✅ Strong knowledge of Seller Support, Seller/Merchant Onboarding, Inventory, Order Management & Issue Resolution

✅ Excellent verbal & written English communication

✅ Strong training, facilitation, presentation & coaching skills

✅ Experience in creating training materials, SOPs, assessments & performance trackers





✅ Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day working week

? Key Responsibilities

- Conduct onboarding and upskilling training programs
- Develop training manuals, presentations, SOPs and knowledge-base materials
- Train employees on e-commerce processes, tools, policies and quality standards
- Conduct assessments and track trainee performance
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and client teams
- Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement
