Job Summary

Perform conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for ferrous, non-ferrous, and industrial mineral processing plants.

Develop Process Flow

Diagrams (PFDs), PIDs, process drawings, and engineering documentation. Prepare design basis, equipment lists, process inputs, and technical specifications for plant projects. Support engineering, estimation, tendering, and interdisciplinary teams with technical inputs. Prepare technical and commercial documentation for EPC/EPCM projects and tender requirements. Coordinate with vendors, review technical proposals, and prepare technical evaluation and recommendation reports. Drive value engineering, process optimization, and technology improvements across plant designs. Provide engineering support for pre-bid, DPR, project execution, site engineering, and commissioning activities. Analyze plant operational data to identify performance improvement and optimization opportunities. Coordinate with technology providers and engineering teams while staying updated on industry trends and emerging mineral processing technologies.
