Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requirement to PO closure

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requirement to PO closure.
- Handle RFQ/RFP, vendor evaluation, price comparison and negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.
- Manage vendor onboarding, documentation and performance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
- Manage renewals, rate cards and subscriptions.
- Ensure timely PO processing and compliance with procurement policies.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
- Maintain procurement MIS, spend data and vendor records.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, HR, Marketing and other business functions.

Critical to Quality (CTQ) Parameters

- Sound Technical Knowledge of IT/Non IT/Equipment Hiring/Promotional/Marketing/consumable Products and Goods and service tax
- Preparation of PO and savings trackers on weekly basis.
- Robust communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Knowledge of Commercial/indirect Taxation.
- Ability to strategically plan for sourcing customized services and products required for multiple businesses.
- Strong focus on building multifunctional teamwork and customer/supplier relationships
- Analytical skills to identify the potential suppliers to create strong and consistent vendor/supplier base for the regular products and services.

Mandatory Skills

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Diploma in Procurement
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing in IT or ITES Industry.
- Good knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP/procurement systems.
- Strong analytical and Communication skills
- Sourcing, Negotiation, contracting, PO Management and invoice processing.

Optional/Preferable Skills

- MBA Supply Chain/Operations is Desirable.
- Knowledge of e-procurement is desirable.
- Experience in Indirect/Non-Capex Procurement preferred.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Knowledge of supplier base in IT related industry.

Educational Qualification

- Mandatory: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Diploma in Procurement
- Optional: MBA Supply Chain/Operations
