JD ( / SKILL REQUIRED ) * Tool Room Process Coordinator Experience: 1–2 Years Industry: Injection Moulding Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Job Responsibilities • Coordinate daily Tool Room activities, mould repair, modification and maintenance.

- Track current Mould development and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Tool Makers, VMC/CNC, EDM, Wire-Cut, Grinding and external vendors.
- Basic knowledge of Injection Mould, Core-Cavity, Inserts, Sliders, Lifters, Ejector & Cooling systems.
- Read basic tool/machine drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality & Maintenance for mould-related issues.
- Maintain Tool Room MIS, job cards, mould history and repair records.
- Follow up on urgent tool requirements and ensure mould availability for production.

Required Skills • Injection moulding & tool room process knowledge.

- Basic drawing reading and measurement instruments.
- MS Excel / ERP knowledge.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic RCA / 5 Why knowledge preferred.
- Injection moulding industry experience preferred.
