- Taking ownership of the assigned task
- Complete the assigned task as per the standard operating procedure and respond to customer as required
- Achieve service level benchmark, productivity and quality
- Willingness to learn the Intellectual property domain
- Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication
- Abide by the Organizations information security policy and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information systems
- Working closely with Leads to plan effectively and deliver
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable to work in rotational shifts including Night shift
