- Analyze and document existing business processes across departments to identify repetitive and rules-based processes suitable for automation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Design and implement automation solutions using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere etc.
- Document As-Is and To-Be process maps using process modelling tools.
- Develop proof of concepts and run pilots to validate automation feasibility
- Monitor bot performance and ensure reliability through exception handling and change management.
- Create training materials and knowledge documentation for end-users and the operations team
- Align automation strategies with critical performance indicators to drive efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across service operations Pre-requisites
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of overall qualified experience, with at least 3 years of hands on experience in the relevant field
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere etc).
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, JavaScript, VBA, etc.)
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Solid knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and triggers.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
