PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT - BANKING MODERNIZATION & INTEGRATION

- We are looking for technical leaders who want to solve enterprise problems, not simply write code.
- You will work directly with the technology organizations of major banks to design and deliver fits into highly complex banking ecosystems.
- The role combines solution architecture, engineering depth, consulting and client leadership.
- You should be equally credible discussing architecture with a bank CTO organization and working with engineers to resolve a difficult integration problem.

- Lead technical solution design for complex implementations.
- Translate banking and business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Design integrations across core banking, APIs, event platforms, data and cloud services.
- Lead technical workshops and architecture/design reviews with clients.
- Build and guide implementation using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka and PostgreSQL.
- Advise clients on integration patterns, scalability, resilience and cloud architecture.
- Troubleshoot complex distributed-system and production issues.
- Identify reusable implementation patterns and accelerators.
- Mentor technical consultants and raise engineering standards cross Customer Enablement.

Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Red Hat, Atlassian, Intuit and other high-quality engineering/product organizations; and high-growth enterprise SaaS companies.

You should bring





- deep Java/Spring Boot engineering capability;
- REST/API architecture;
- Kafka/event-driven architecture;
- relational/data architecture;
- Azure or comparable cloud experience;
- Docker/Kubernetes and up-to-date CI/CD;
- enterprise integration patterns;

Confidential 3 Experience with distributed, mission-critical systems; and strong customer-facing consulting ability.

Banking technology experience is strongly preferred.

We value candidates with strong Computer Science/Engineering foundations from highly regarded institutions, but demonstrable technical excellence and architecture leadership remain the primary bar.
