Role Description

This is a full-time Principal Product Manager role based in Delhi. The Principal Product Manager will own the product vision and roadmap for key initiatives, aligning them with Teertham’s mission to modernize spiritual services while preserving authenticity.

The role will involve conducting user and market research, defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and translating customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and user stories. The Principal Product Manager will work closely with design and engineering teams and collaborate with operations, marketing, and spiritual experts to deliver intuitive, reliable experiences across mobile and web platforms.

The Principal Product Manager will also drive product discovery and experimentation, monitor product and business metrics, and continuously iterate on experiences to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. The role will also involve mentoring other product managers and contributing to Teertham’s overall product strategy and governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for key Teertham product initiatives.
- Identify high-impact customer problems and translate them into scalable product opportunities.
- Lead product discovery through user research, customer interviews, market analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Define MVPs, product requirements, user journeys, success metrics, and launch plans.
- Work closely with engineering and design to take products from concept through launch and iteration.
- Partner with operations, marketing, spiritual experts, and business teams to ensure products work effectively across the entire customer journey.
- Build experiences that balance convenience and modern technology with cultural authenticity and trust.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI, personalization, recommendations, conversational interfaces,



and automation across the Teertham ecosystem.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize opportunities and make product decisions.
- Drive 0→1 product development as well as scaling and optimization of existing products.
- Manage product trade-offs across customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and execution timelines.
- Create clarity across teams around priorities, requirements, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Mentor and guide product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture.
- Develop product processes, frameworks, and operating mechanisms as the organization scales.

Experience
- 8+ years of overall experience in Product Management , with significant experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
- 3+ years of experience owning product strategy and leading cross-functional product initiatives with significant business and customer impact.
- Proven experience taking products through the 0→1 and 1→10 journey , from problem discovery and MVP definition to launch, iteration, and scale.
- Experience owning product roadmaps and working directly with senior leadership/founders on product strategy and prioritization.
- Strong experience working with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and business teams to deliver products end-to-end.
- Experience building or scaling consumer internet products, marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, travel, healthtech, content platforms, or other high-scale digital products is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products, recommendation systems, personalization, conversational AI, or agentic workflows is a robust advantage.
- Solid understanding of product-led growth and experience improving metrics such as conversion, engagement, retention, repeat usage, and monetization .
- Hands-on experience with product analytics, funnels, cohorts, experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven product development .
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-growth and ambiguous startup environments , with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.




- Experience mentoring or managing Product Managers and influencing cross-functional teams without relying solely on formal authority.
- Experience working on products for Indian consumers or culturally nuanced products/services will be an advantage.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and end-to-end product lifecycle management for consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong skills in user research, data-driven decision-making, product analytics, and experimentation.
- Excellent ability to translate complex customer, cultural, and domain concepts into clear user journeys, requirements, and intuitive product experiences.
- Proven track record in leading product discovery, defining MVPs, and scaling products from early stage to growth phase.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Strong ownership, prioritization, structured problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
- Deep interest in or familiarity with Hindu rituals, Vedic traditions, Panchang, Muhurat, and Indian spiritual practices is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Design, Economics, or a related field.
