Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete Pre-Sales team and operations.

- Develop strategies to improve lead qualification, site visits, walk-ins, and booking conversions.

- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, lead generation, and team performance.

- Manage and track leads through CRM/SFDC.

- Set and monitor team KPIs including calls, qualified leads, walk-ins, site visits, and bookings.

- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sourcing, Direct Sales, Closing, and CRM teams.

- Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance improvement sessions.

- Develop effective lead-churning and follow-up strategies.

- Analyze campaign and lead-source performance to improve conversion.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.

- Ensure minimum lead leakage and maximum customer engagement.

- Drive the team to achieve monthly and project-wise sales targets.
