Job Overview

Flow Realty India is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bangalore.

The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, introducing suitable real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in real estate sales, business development, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule property site visits and meetings for qualified leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and other relevant information to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up to improve conversions.




- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with potential customers.

Required Skills
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and regular customer follow-ups.
- Interest in sales, real estate, and business development.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

- 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, sales, customer service, or business development is an added advantage.
- Candidates who are willing to work from Bangalore.
