Role Overview:
As a Presales Executive at PropButlers, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and setting up qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact to represent premium real estate projects and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on premium projects (Lodha, Godrej, Gera, Mahindra, Kohinoor, etc.).
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits/appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update client data in CRM tools.
- Follow up with clients to ensure strong engagement until handover to sales.
- Coordinate closely with sales managers to maximize lead conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 year of experience in real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
- Strong persuasion and client-handling ability.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Fixed) + incentives
