Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive PreSales Associate fluent in Hindi. In this role, you will contact prospective SME business owners, introduce PagarBook's solutions, handle customer queries, and schedule product demos for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Call potential SME customers to explain PagarBook's products and services, persuading them to adopt our solutions.
- Lead Generation: Generate promising leads and set up qualified meetings/demos for the field sales team.
- Script Utilization: Follow company-provided sales scripts effectively to set meetings and handle customer objections.
- Product Knowledge:
Develop in-depth knowledge of PagarBook’s platform to provide suitable recommendations based on clients' specific business needs.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets regarding call volume, connected calls, and scheduled meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language: Fluent Hindi (Spoken) is strictly required for daily client interactions.
- Experience: Proven prior experience working as a Telesales Executive, PreSales Associate, or Inside Sales Representative.
- Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling approach with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Script Following: Ability to adapt and adhere to provided sales scripts and call workflows.
- Tech Aptitude: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic software/CRM tools.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
