Pre-Sales InternJob Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in sales support, customer engagement, market research, and solution presentation.

The intern will work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to understand customer requirements, prepare presentations and proposals, conduct product/market research, and support the team throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Pre-Sales and Sales teams in understanding and documenting customer requirements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support sales initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, product documents, and other sales materials.
- Support product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Assist in preparing quotations and solution proposals based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant product and technical information.
- Maintain and update customer, lead, and sales-related information.
- Participate in client calls, meetings, and discussions to understand the sales process.
- Follow up on assigned sales/pre-sales activities and maintain proper documentation.
- Support the team in lead qualification and sales pipeline activities.




- Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn about products, technology, and sales processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and business teams.
