Hiring for PR/Social Media Manager (4-8 Yrs. working experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.

· Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.

· Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

· Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to develop integrated digital campaigns.

· Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

· Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and external partners to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

· Plan and execute social media campaigns for corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event promotion before, during, and after each event.

· Create post-event content,



including highlight videos, photo galleries, testimonials, and performance reports to maximize audience engagement.

· Hands-on experience in operating DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras, with a strong understanding of camera settings, composition, lighting, and the use of production equipment such as gimbals, tripods, microphones, and other content creation accessories for high-quality photography and videography.

Skills Required:

· Well organized with great time management skills

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

· Robust presentation and speaking skills.

· Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required to support company events and promotional activities.

· A proactive and can-do attitude
