- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams for smooth operations
- Monitor production vs plan variance and take corrective actions
- Track inventory levels and plan material requirements (MRP)
- Generate and maintain MIS reports and dashboards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
- Support S&OP; planning and forecasting activities
- Ensure timely order execution and dispatch planning
Preferred candidate profile Excel & Data Skills (Mandatory):
- Advanced Excel functions: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- Data analysis using Power Query / Power Pivot (preferred)
- Dashboard creation and automation
- Handling large datasets and data cleaning
- Knowledge of Macros / VBA
Required Skills:
- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / etc.)
- Understanding of production processes and supply chain flow
