Key responsibilities :

- Prepare/issue daily job cards from the master schedule and confirm section readiness before release.
- Check gravure cylinder availability per job and follow up engraving/proofing status with external cylinder suppliers.
- Monitor RM/consumable stock vs. plan, prepare indents and expedite pending materials.
- Track WIP across the printing → lamination → curing → slitting → pouching flow; ensure jobs move in planned sequence and escalate bottlenecks.
- Handle multiple customer orders and changing priorities; keep ERP/MIS updated; prepare daily production, plan-adherence and pending-order reports.

Requirements :

- B.Sc (Mathematics/Science) or Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Printing Tech, Packaging, Polymer, Mechanical or Production).
- 3–6 yrs in flexible-packaging / converting planning, scheduling or shop-floor coordination; good understanding of the production flow and WIP scheduling.




- Strong Excel & MIS reporting; good coordination & communication; strong follow-up and problem-solving.
- Willing to relocate to Tema, Ghana on an expat contract.
- The company will provide the following benefits to the selected candidate:
- Total Relocation Allowance: USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
- Food Allowance: USD 250 per month.
- Rent/Accommodation Allowance: USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
- Employment Type: Permanent Role.
- Job Location: Tema, Ghana, Africa.
- Air Ticket: The company will bear the cost of the candidate's air ticket for travel/joining to Ghana
