- Manage material receipt, Kanban systems, inventory, spare parts, and warehouse operations.

- Oversee inventory control of raw materials, child parts, sub-assemblies, finished goods, and transit stock.

- Optimize warehouse space utilization and drive storage improvement initiatives.

- Ensure effective manpower deployment, productivity monitoring, and smooth process flow.

- Utilize SAP/ERP systems for inventory and material management activities.

- Promote safety standards and drive 5S implementation across operations.

- Monitor operational targets, conduct reviews, and ensure timely execution of action plans.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation in compliance with IATF requirements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address defective materials and implement corrective actions.

- Manage logistics assets including trucks, forklifts, trolleys, and bins.

- Monitor material movement and support JIT (Just-In-Time) implementation.

- Conduct team training, skill development, and DOJO activities.

- Ensure effective communication between management and operational teams.

- Prepare annual budgets and support cost optimization initiatives.
