Our client is building the operating system for the world's coaches and experts. They're a small, fast moving team in Bengaluru, founded by engineers with deep AI infrastructure backgrounds. Our client helps coaches break the ceiling on their student numbers with a weekly learning loop that lets a single coach teach thousands of students a year without diluting their craft.
About the role
This role owns the post-production pipeline end to end, and is responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality visual and video content that aligns with brand and marketing objectives.
What you'll do
- Own the post-production pipeline end to end, from ingest through final delivery
- Managing post-production workflows with editors and designers
- Lead the editing and design team, setting delivery standards, quality bars and turnaround times
- Managing budgets and timelines for creative projects
- Coordinating pre-production and production schedules
- Developing creative concepts
- Directing video shoots and photography sessions
- Collaborating closely with marketing, product,
and leadership teams to ensure content effectively communicates the company's value proposition across digital channels
- Maintaining brand consistency
- Continuously experimenting with new formats and storytelling approaches
What we're looking for
- Strong Video Production skills, including planning, directing, and overseeing post-production
- Proven ownership of a post-production pipeline, running multiple projects through it in parallel
- Solid Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting creative concepts
- Marketing awareness to align creative output with brand goals and audience needs
- Minimum 3 years of production house experience
Also beneficial
- Experience in creative storytelling, scriptwriting, or content ideation is beneficial
- Proficiency with industry-standard production tools and software (e.g., cameras, lighting, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) is preferred
- Prior experience in a creative, media, or startup setting and a portfolio showcasing relevant work are highly advantageous
