Role Description The Post Graduate Teacher – Hindi will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Hindi language and literature lessons to senior classes, ensuring alignment with CBSE standards and the school’s pedagogical approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, designing teaching materials, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs. The teacher will manage classroom activities,



maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues on academic and co-curricular initiatives.

Additional tasks include organizing language-related projects, guiding students in competitions, and participating in staff meetings, parent interactions, and professional development programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Delhi World Public School in Haora.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with proven experience in handling senior classes for Hindi.
- Ability to design effective Lesson Planning and Training activities that align with CBSE curriculum and school standards.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging instruction, student guidance, and interaction with parents and colleagues.
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related discipline, with B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training qualification preferred.
