Requirements
- Experience - More than 4 years in a Graphic Designer role
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate from a reputed design school
- Areas of expertise: Branding and Packaging design
- Active interest in Motion Graphics, Print technology, UI /UX Video creation
- Proficiency in Adobe CC, with the will to adapt and learn quickly
Preferred Skills
- Responsible: Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, within deadlines, without extensive input and guidance.
- Team leader: Improving overall performance and quality of work through mentoring and constructive feedback to your team.
- Client alignment: Ensuring that the design brief is understood and adhered to.
Should be able to balance the clients expectations in addition to the end-users needs with practical designing solutions.
- Communication: An acumen for public speaking English writing with clarity effectiveness will be highly appreciated. This role will require doing presentations and communication with clients regularly.
