As we scale our PMS business, we are hiring a Portfolio Manager to serve as the execution backbone of our live portfolio operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day running of live client portfolios - executing systematic rebalances with precision.
- Monitor positions and risk exposures.
- Enforce drawdown and concentration limits.
- Ensure every account runs true to its mandate.
- Work directly with the founder to handle pre- and post-trade compliance.
- Flag and escalate risk breaches in real time.
- Prepare client-facing performance reports and quarterly reviews.
- Collaborate with operations and technology to continuously improve OMS workflows and trade reconciliation processes.
Qualifications
- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
with 5-10 years of experience in portfolio management, dealing, or risk at a PMS, AMC, prop desk, or family office, with strong working knowledge of SEBI PMS regulations, Indian equity markets, and institutional trading workflows.
- NISM Series XXI-A (Portfolio Managers) certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
- The ideal candidate combines sharp execution instincts and process discipline with the ability to operate independently in a lean, high-ownership workplace where their decisions directly impact live client portfolios.
