Tamohara Investment Managers is looking for an experienced PMS Operations professional with strong hands-on expertise in Wealth Spectrum to manage end-to-end PMS operations, reconciliation, settlements, custody coordination, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable independently managing operational breaks and working closely with custodians, fund accountants, banks, and internal investment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day PMS operations on Wealth Spectrum
- Perform reconciliation between Wealth Spectrum, Custodian, Fund Accountant and Bank
- Identify and resolve:
- Cash breaks
- Security quantity/value mismatches
- Corporate action mismatches
- Trade date vs settlement date differences
- Coordinate with custodians, fund accountants and banks for break resolution
- Ensure accurate portfolio holdings, cash balances, NAV and transactions in Wealth Spectrum
- Handle trade settlements and operational controls
- Support PMS audits and SEBI regulatory requirements
- Prepare reconciliation workings and audit documentation
- Ensure operational data remains accurate and audit-ready
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Wealth Spectrum / Holistic PMS
- 5 years of relevant PMS Operations experience preferred
- Strong reconciliation and break-resolution experience
- Experience coordinating with custodians and fund accountants
- Positive understanding of PMS trade lifecycle and settlements
- Exposure to PMS audits and SEBI compliance/reporting
- Strong Excel skills
- Candidates from PMS / AIF / AMC / Investment Management firms preferred
Ideal Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked directly at a PMS house and can independently own Wealth Spectrum operations and reconciliation.
