Defining and implementing Policies and process flows for current product initiatives

D****rafting of credit and risk policies for mortgage loans (Loan against property) , unsecured business loans and personal loans

Review of credit policy and changes thereto from time to time to meet business / regulatory/ market changes within the overall risk appetite of the organization

Circulation of advisories and issuing the circulars related to

Policy desk. Maintaining the repository of the policies.

Guiding front end team on the policy changes/ clarifications and conducting trainings for effective implementation

Coordinating with IT team for Implementation of policies in the LOS/ rule engines including System integrations/ enhancements on need basis

Travelling to locations whenever required for trainings and on-field market assessments.

Interaction with various central teams (Product / Legal / PMO / Compliance / I.T. / COPS/ Risk Analytics etc.) on Policy changes and implementation

Managing internal & external audit queries wrt Policy and closure of audit requirement within defined timelines

Implementation of policy actions based on the learning’s from portfolio management.
