Role & Responsibility: -

- Manage end-to-end PEB project planning, execution and monitoring.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor PEB fabrication, dispatch, erection and site execution activities.
- Review drawings, BOQ, specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare and track project schedules, milestones and progress.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and site resources.
- Ensure project completion within approved time, cost and quality standards.
- Monitor quality, safety and compliance at project sites.
- Identify project delays, risks and execution issues and take corrective action.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports and MIS.




- Conduct client/contractor coordination meetings and follow up on action points.
- Coordinate snag rectification and final project handover.

Candidates with experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, PEB sheds and large-scale steel structure projects will be preferred. Key Skills: PEB, Project Management, PMC, Steel Structure, Site Execution, Project Planning, Erection, Client Coordination, Contractor Management, Quality & Safety.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
