Job Summary The ideal candidate should have robust experience in managing large-scale projects, stakeholder communication, team leadership, and process improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, quality, and budget.

- Manage relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, escalations, risk management, and delivery discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to define solutions and project deliverables.
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, task tracking,



and progress monitoring with project teams.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges; implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates, MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to management.
- Ensure adherence to project management processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to improve project efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and business teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, analyze variances, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor project profitability and identify initiatives to improve project effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
- Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for additional solutions and customer engagement.
